Job Responsibilities

- Support sales and operations teams, manage daily administrative tasks, and ensure smooth operations.

- Execute order processing tasks to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

- Follow up on quotations, quickly solve daily sales and operations and accounting problems.

- Collaborate to drive business growth and operational projects.

- Collaborate with management to complete various assigned projects and recommendations.

- Monitor new car inventory to ensure effective logistics and coordination for daily delivery.

- Manage pre-registered vehicle inspections and contact transportation departments.

- Ensure that the display vehicles and test drives are in the best possible condition and display.

-Record inspection details and supervise the PDI process schedule.

Work requirements

- Have professional knowledge in car operation, logistics or similar fields.

- Prior experience in PDI management or supervision, with a history of positive results.

- Five or more years of relevant experience.

- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.

- Proficient in using relevant software and tools for effective operations management.
