Responsibilities:

Provide onboarding training for new employees and continuous professional development and product knowledge training for existing employees.

Design and develop training materials and beauty academy classrooms, including videos, handbooks and on-the-job training. Teaching various training academies to support beauty department experience. Train on related courses and treatments such as slimming/facial/wellness, etc. Understand beauty trends, brand product knowledge and promotional activities.

Regularly evaluate training effectiveness, testing, inspections, and modify outcomes to stabilize service quality and adjust training content and methods as needed.

Assist with daily operations.

Requirements:

3 years or more of relevant experience in the beauty training industry or college

Consideration given to those with international professional training diplomas or relevant beauty diplomas

Able to operate MS Office (WORDS, EXCEL, POWER POINT) and Chinese input method

Working hours are from 09:30 am to 6:30 pm
