Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for cutting, bending, welding, assembly and surface treatment of metal products, ensuring that the product meets the technical drawing and quality standards

• Execute daily maintenance and repair work according to the production plan, including the repair and replacement of mechanical equipment outer shells, industrial brackets, body parts and other metal structural parts

• Operate and maintain common sheet metal tools and equipment, such as shears, benders, spot welders, pneumatic tools and manual forming tools, and conduct regular safety inspections

• Collaborate closely with engineers, technical supervisors and assembly teams to understand work order requirements, participate in process improvement suggestions, and enhance operating efficiency and yield

• Follow the construction site and factory safety rules, wear personal protective equipment correctly, keep the work area clean and orderly, and implement 5S management requirements

• Have 1 to 3 years of sheet metal work experience, familiar with the characteristics of metal materials (such as stainless steel, aluminum plate, galvanized plate) and basic processing techniques

• Able to independently read simple English or Chinese technical drawings, understand dimension marking, tolerance requirements, and processing symbols

• Proficient in the use of common measuring instruments (such as calipers, protractors, levels) for precision testing, with basic problem analysis and on-site response capabilities

• Have good communication skills, be able to use Cantonese as the main working language, and at the same time be able to use Mandarin or basic English for daily communication

• Holds a valid Hong Kong work visa or be willing to accept employer assistance with immigration affairs, and be able to cooperate with company arrangements for long-term and stable employment at a factory in Kowloon

• Monthly salary range from HKD$17,000 to $26,000, based on experience and ability evaluation, with an additional performance bonus

• Flexible work schedule, daily working hours from 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday, supporting reasonable work-life balance
