A US based Company who provides high quality system integration services and solutions across Asia Pacific regions. It delivers diverse multi-facility, multi-site, standardized services and solutions for security and audio-visual (AV).

She is now inviting a high caliber to join their Technical Service team.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the customer service representative to quickly and efficiently solve customers’ security system issues

• Provide support and maintenance services such as routine preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, system upgrades/expansions/alterations, and systems training

• Increase customer satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships with customers

• Handle daily troubleshooting and follow up on all open technical issues until the problem is resolved

• Take over all service issues from the project team after the external handover is complete

Requirements:

• Certificate or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Engineering or related discipline

• Experience in the security industry with knowledge of access control, video surveillance, and alarm systems is considered a plus

• Basic IT knowledge in hardware, network and databases

• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability

• Strong self-learning ability and able to work independently
