Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the R&D centre in the development of cutting-edge medical devices
Oversee all aspects of product development, from ideation to commercialization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, regulatory, marketing, and clinical affairs
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and technical excellence
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Design, Mechatronics, Robotics, or related disciplines.
Advanced degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field
Proven leadership experience in medical device R&D
Strong understanding of regulatory pathways (FDA, CE, etc.)
Excellent communication and project management skills
Demonstrated track record of bringing medical devices to market
