Job Responsibilities

• Provide 7x24 data centre operation support (but 3-4 working days per week)

• Provide 1st & 2nd tier support to Data Center and responsible for data center system & network configuration

• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors

• Perform equipment installation, cables installation, equipment decommission and housekeeping

• Incident handling, problem troubleshooting and escalation to seniors

• Company will provide training workshops and on-the-job training to new joiner

Requirements:

• Technical Institute graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related discipline prefer but not must

• Experienced in Data Centre is an assets

• Fresh graduates will also be considered

• Good communication skills in spoken and written English

• Discipline, self-initiative, self-motivate

• 5 years IT experience and have supervising experience will consider to be Data Centre Supervisor
