· Create new ranges of creative Jewellery products via sketches

· Be current with industry practices, recommend new design approaches, and identify upcoming trends

· Ensure design sketches are executed in a timely manner throughout the production process and resolve manufacturing and design issues

· Conduct research and analysis, advice on market trends and customers’ need for product development

· Degree or Diploma in Jewellery Design, Product design or related field.

· Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)

· Proficient in jewelry design software such as Photoshop, and Illustrator.

· Minimum 3 years of experience in jewellery design & manufacturing knowledge

· Experienced in transforming design ideas into finished products, knowledge in jewellery products.

· Experience with 3-D design software and computer skills will be an advantage.

Job Title: Jewelry Designer

Job Responsibilities:

• Based on market demand and brand positioning, independently complete the original design of the jewelry series, including hand-drawn sketches, concept ideation, and series planning

• Closely follow the international jewelry industry dynamic and fashion trends, actively study and analyze consumer behavior, popular color systems, material application and craft technology, and propose design suggestions with commercial value

• Support the market and sales teams by providing product strategy support from a design perspective, including new product proposals, customization options, and seasonal theme development

Requirements:

• Proficient in professional design software, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator; those with experience in 3D jewelry design software such as Rhino, Matrix, ZBrush are preferred.

• Having solid hand drawing skills, able to quickly express design concepts; highly sensitive to details, with good spatial understanding and proportion control

• Fluent in Chinese and English writing and speaking (Cantonese is the daily communication language, Mandarin and English need to reach the work communication level)

• Have multi-task management skills, able to advance multiple design projects simultaneously under strict timelines, logical and strong sense of responsibility

Benefits:

• Monthly salary of HKD 16,000 to 18,000
