Job Description
[Job Responsibilities]
1. Responsible for the front-end display of internet insurance products, the development and operation of official websites and activity pages;
2. Responsible for team management, requirement decomposition and allocation, and quality control of development;
3. Collaborate with UI designers and backend developers to efficiently and effectively complete product interfaces and functions;
4. Continuously optimize web front-end presentation, enhance user experience;
5. Improve front-end tools and frameworks, as well as new technology research and implementation.
[Job Requirements]
1. More than 5 years of web development experience, familiar with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for developing and maintaining responsive web applications, familiar with React, React-hooks, React-redux, Nextjs, etc. frameworks or tools.
2. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization.
3. Have team management experience, excellent communication and collaboration skills.
4. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, and debug it.
5. Bachelor's degree or above, finance + computer + related professional qualifications are preferred;
6. Good Mandarin communication skills.
Job Responsibilities:
1.Design and develop user interfaces for web applications, aligning with design guidelines and functional requirements.
2.Work closely with UI designers and backend developers, Complete product interface and functionality efficiently and effectively.
3.Be responsible for team management, requirement breakdown and allocation, as well as development quality control.
4.Optimize code to improve web performance and user experience;
5.Research and suggest on the adoption of latest web and system technology.
Job Requirements:
1. More than 5 years of experience in web development
2.Ability to develop software in React JS, HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript, proficient in using React, React books, React Redux, NextJS, and other frameworks
3.Have experience in team management, along with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
4.Strong self-learning and problem-solving ability
5.Diploma or above in Computer Engineering / Science or related disciplines.
6.Good communication skills in English and Chinese(Mandarin).
