Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for infrastructure systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

  • Manage and implement change requests, ensuring minimal disruption to services.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and plan infrastructure changes.

  • Monitor system performance and conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues in a timely manner.

  • Document processes, procedures, and changes to maintain accurate records.

  • Assist in the development and execution of disaster recovery plans.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in infrastructure support and change management.

  • Strong knowledge of ITIL framework and change management processes.

  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies and networking concepts.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
