Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for infrastructure systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Manage and implement change requests, ensuring minimal disruption to services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and plan infrastructure changes.
Monitor system performance and conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement.
Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues in a timely manner.
Document processes, procedures, and changes to maintain accurate records.
Assist in the development and execution of disaster recovery plans.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in infrastructure support and change management.
Strong knowledge of ITIL framework and change management processes.
Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Familiarity with virtualization technologies and networking concepts.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
