Requirements
Degree holder
12 – 15 years in HR & administrative management experience
Experience in sizable manufacturing industries
Proven experience leading HR teams across multiple countries/regions, with strong knowledge of labor laws, culture, and HR practices in Mainland China and Hong Kong. Experience in Mexico manufacturing operations is a strong plus
Deep expertise across all HR functions (recruitment, training, performance, compensation & benefits, employee relations) and administrative management.
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Responsibilities
Partner with executive leadership to shape company strategy from an HR & admin perspective and align departmental plans with business goals.
Lead the design and execution of HR strategies in talent acquisition, development, performance, compensation, employee relations, and retention to build a high-performing, diverse global team.
Optimize organizational structure and workforce allocation to support rapid business expansion.
Develop and refine HR & admin policies, systems, and processes to ensure full compliance with local laws (China, Hong Kong, etc.) while meeting company needs.
Drive performance management excellence to boost organizational results and employee engagement.
Build, mentor, and develop a strong HR & admin team across multiple regions.
Champion cross-cultural collaboration, employee experience, and change initiatives in a high-pressure, international setting.
