Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for teaching primary school Chinese courses, including reading, writing, listening and speaking, etc. , focusing on improving students’ language skills and learning interests.
- Design and produce teaching materials suitable for students of different levels according to the Hong Kong local curriculum guide, ensuring that the content is inspiring and interactive.
- Regularly communicate with parents about students’ learning progress, provide learning advice, and establish good school-family cooperation.
- Assist with daily teaching and administrative work at school, including classroom management, student evaluation, exam question setting and record keeping.
Work requirements
- Have a university degree, majoring in Chinese language or related sciences, those who are preferred.
- Have teaching experience in Chinese, especially for teaching children from kindergarten to elementary school.
- Familiar with the Chinese curriculum and teaching requirements of Hong Kong local primary schools, and able to flexibly apply them in classroom practice.
- Able to speak fluent Cantonese, with good oral and written expression skills, able to clearly impart knowledge and effectively interact with students.
- Positive and proactive personality, sense of responsibility, good communication skills and team spirit, and willingness to collaborate with colleagues to promote campus teaching development.
