Job Responsibilities / Job Duties

• Execute backend operations such as data querying, data input, document archiving, and copying
• Participate in document organization projects
• Handle temporary tasks assigned by superiors and other operational activities

Requirements

• Applicants with at least 2 years of relevant banking operations experience are preferred
• Good writing and speaking skills in Chinese and English; those who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiar with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel) and Chinese word processing
