Key Job Description

• Convert and serve new clients, providing investor education services to new investors and assisting clients in resolving investment issues.

• Provide quality customer services and handle all clients’ account opening services enquiries.

• Maintain existing clients, initiating and promoting active client transactions.

• Maintain keen insight into market changes in the financial market, collect industry dynamics and market information, and provide information support for business decisions.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business/Finance or related disciplines.

• Qualified for SFC license 1 would be an advantage.

• Good command of spoken and written Cantonese and English.

• Priority will be given to candidates with client sales/ client service background in the finance or securities industry.
