Job Description:

1. Responsible for receiving, sorting, registering, distributing, and archiving all documents in the company, and issuing and confirming them to relevant personnel or units according to the regulations;

2. Familiar with the building engineering information management procedures, the collection, sorting and editing of engineering information;

3. Participate in the review of various construction plans, and check the implementation of the plans;

4. Participate in departmental inspections and check the physical condition of project construction, and summarize the data;

5. Participate in various safety briefings, safety training, and safety evaluations of the project; Assist the project in conducting measurements and rechecking the measurement results of the project;

6. Responsible for the special inspection work of the engineering department, and collect and sort out the relevant resources of this department.

Requirements:

1. Member of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (Civil Engineering Discipline) or the Institution of Civil Engineers (United Kingdom), or equivalent academic qualifications;

2. Hold a valid construction safety training certificate (green card) issued under section 6BA(2) of the Factory and Industrial Undertaking Ordinance;

3. Have a sense of responsibility, proactive attitude, and ambition; be willing to accept challenges; good written and oral English and Chinese;

Proficient in using AutoCAD and simple design to prepare civil engineering drawings;

4. Responsibility, proactivity, and self-motivation;

5. Willing to accept challenges;

6. Good written and oral Chinese and English.
