Location: Kowloon (Back Office)

Shift Hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM / 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM / 8:50 AM – 5:50 PM

Salary: HKD $28,000 – $35,000 per month

About the Role:

You’ll be at the heart of our bank’s daily operations—ensuring smooth, accurate, and secure clearing and settlement of cheques and transactions. This is a hands-on, process-driven role where your attention to detail will help maintain the bank’s operational integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Process and verify branch cheque deposits accurately and efficiently

• Assist with simple account opening documentation and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks

• Communicate professionally with the Hong Kong Interbank Clearing Limited (HKICL) and follow cheque exchange procedures

• Understand and apply retail banking workflows and internal policies

• Work within a supportive, sizable team to meet daily processing deadlines

Who We're Looking For:

• Experience in bank back office operations, particularly in cheque clearing and settlement

• Familiarity with retail banking workflows, policies, and regulatory requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively with clearing houses like HKICL

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and comfortable working in rotating shifts

• Diploma holder or above—relevant experience is highly valued

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of AML/KYC procedures in banking

• Experience with interbank settlement systems

• Strong sense of process ownership and teamwork
