Job Description
Main responsibilities
Handling general customer inquiries, following up on customer needs and service progress, and maintaining good customer relationships
Assist the sales team in organizing customer information, verifying documents, updating system records and archiving files
Assist in preparing sales-related documents, data and application materials to ensure that the information is complete and correct
Follow up on various applications and processing procedures to ensure smooth completion of procedures
Responsible for data statistics, sorting out sales-related reports and providing clerical support
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments, follow up on customer-related matters, and improve overall service efficiency
Complete the sales support tasks assigned by the supervisor
Entry Requirements
Secondary six education or above
Good Cantonese, Mandarin and English communication skills
Careful and responsible, proactive and positive, with a sense of responsibility and team spirit
Familiarity with computer operations, including Word, Excel, etc. office software
Preference will be given to those with customer service or sales support experience
Have good logical thinking and the ability to handle multiple tasks
