Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain good business relationships with our clients and assist with their inquiries in a professional manner;

• Execute a range of banking and investment transactions (e.g., structured products, equities, fixed income, FX, OTC derivative products, mutual funds, alternative investments, deposits and loans) for clients;

• Act as escalation contact for the client, several local and foreign banks, investment companies, brokers, as well as internal departments;

• Provide administrative support to CROs on client meetings and business trip arrangements and expense reimbursement;

• Perform ad hoc assignments/duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Finance, Economics or other related disciplines;

• At least 3-5 years of relevant client service experience in private banking;

• Excellent communication and client service skills;

• Good technical skills in using MS Office;

• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
