Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for following up on company customers and maintaining good business relationships

• Assist in handling customer daily inquiries and demand arrangements

• Regularly communicate with customers and provide support services

• Assist in organizing customer information and updating related records

• Cooperate with the team to complete market promotion and customer expansion work

• Assist in arranging meetings, activities and related administrative matters

• Keep in touch with internal departments and follow up on work progress

• Complete other work tasks assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

• Grade Six or above / DSE qualification

• Have good communication skills and interpersonal skills

• Active and positive work attitude, sense of responsibility, and team spirit

• Willing to learn and accept on-the-job training

• Familiar with basic computer operations and office software applications

• Applicants with customer service, sales or relevant work experience are preferred
