A well-known international fashion brand is currently recruiting for its boutiqueStore Manager . This position is suitable for individuals with exceptional retail management experience and sales leadership skills, leading their team to enhance store performance and provide quality customer service.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the store team to achieve the company's sales targets and KPIs

• Develop and implement sales strategies to boost the overall performance of the store

• Provide customers with high-quality and professional shopping experiences, and build long-term customer relationships

• Responsible for daily operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and display management

• Ensure the store is operated and serviced in accordance with brand standards

• Analyze sales performance and propose improvement measures

Position requirements

• At least5 years of retail industry experience , among them2 years or more management experience

• HaveHigh-end fashion / luxury brand retail experience Priority will be given

• Have good team management and leadership skills

• Customer-oriented, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proactive, sales-oriented thinking
