Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager: Comprehensive monthly average salary range HK$30000-$40000

Job Highlights：

• More than 3 years of retail fashion sales experience

• Manage daily operations of the store

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the team to achieve the store sales target and effectively implement the company's marketing policies

2. Divide the sales targets of the store employees reasonably and ensure their effective implementation

3. Shop staff management (attendance, shift scheduling, motivation, evaluation, training and development)

4. Manage the store's inventory, including purchase, sales, and storage, and conduct store inventories

5. Maintain the brand's terminal image, implement brand service according to the company's service standards, and execute in-store display according to the company's display standards

Requirements:

1. More than 3 years of retail clothing store management experience is preferred.

2. Have mature and excellent store operation skills and management techniques

3. Have independent problem-solving skills while also emphasizing teamwork

4. Fluent Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
