The ideal candidate will ensure high availability, security, and scalability of mission-critical systems while driving infrastructure innovation.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Architect, deploy, and maintain <strong>hybrid cloud environments</strong> (Alicloud mandatory, AWS/Azure/Huawei Cloud) and <strong>OpenShift container platforms</strong></li><li>Manage <strong>data center operations</strong>, including server virtualization, storage systems, and network infrastructure</li><li>Develop and execute <strong>technology roadmaps</strong> for infrastructure modernization and cloud adoption</li><li>Lead cross-functional <strong>IT infrastructure projects</strong> from requirements analysis to implementation</li><li>Ensure 24/7 system reliability and performance for business-critical operations</li><li>Implement robust <strong>security and compliance measures</strong> across all infrastructure components</li></ul><p><strong>Technical Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><strong>10+ years</strong> hands-on experience in:<ul><li><strong>Cloud platforms</strong>: Alicloud (required), AWS/Azure/Huawei Cloud</li><li><strong>Containerization</strong>: OpenShift (mandatory)</li><li><strong>Data center technologies</strong> : Servers, storage (SAN/NAS), networking</li><li><strong>Infrastructure-as-Code</strong> and automation tools</li></ul></li><li>Bachelor's degree in <strong>Computer Science/Information Systems</strong> or related field</li></ul><p><strong>Professional Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Fluent in <strong>English, Chinese, and Mandarin</strong></li><li>Strong analytical and <strong>problem-solving skills</strong></li><li>Excellent <strong>stakeholder management</strong> and communication abilities</li><li><strong>Certifications</strong> in cloud/Infrastructure technologies preferred</li></ul>
