<p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p><p>We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused <strong>Cloud Support Engineer</strong> with hands-on expertise in <strong>Alibaba Cloud (AliCloud)</strong> services. The ideal candidate will provide technical support and operational assistance for cloud-based infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security of our cloud systems.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Provide <strong>technical support and troubleshooting</strong> for services running on <strong>AliCloud</strong>, including ECS, OSS, RDS, VPC, SLB, Function Compute, and more.</li><li>Monitor cloud infrastructure and respond to incidents, alerts, and service degradation issues.</li><li>Assist in provisioning, configuration, and optimization of cloud resources on Alibaba Cloud.</li><li>Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams to ensure best practices in cloud architecture and deployment.</li><li>Handle <strong>incident management</strong>, root cause analysis, and service restoration.</li><li>Maintain and update documentation related to system configurations, standard procedures, and troubleshooting guides.</li><li>Work with Alibaba Cloud technical support and account managers to resolve advanced infrastructure issues.</li><li>Implement and enforce <strong>security best practices</strong> and <strong>compliance</strong> standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001) in the cloud environment.</li><li>Assist in cloud cost optimization and resource management.</li><li>Stay up to date with new features and services from Alibaba Cloud and recommend improvements.</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.</li><li>2+ years of experience in a cloud support or system administration role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of <strong>Alibaba Cloud</strong> (Aliyun) platform services and architecture.</li><li>Understanding of cloud networking concepts: VPC, NAT Gateway, VPN, SLB, PrivateLink.</li><li>Experience with <strong>Linux/UNIX system administration</strong>.</li><li>Familiarity with cloud monitoring and logging tools (e.g., CloudMonitor, ActionTrail).</li><li>Scripting skills in <strong>Shell, Python, or PowerShell</strong>.</li><li>Good understanding of <strong>DevOps tools</strong> and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.</li><li>Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Certification in Alibaba Cloud (e.g., ACA, ACP) is a big plus.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with hybrid cloud or multi-cloud environments.</li><li>Working knowledge of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB on cloud platforms.</li><li>Knowledge of containers and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).</li><li>Familiarity with Alibaba Cloud’s security services (e.g., Cloud Firewall, DDoS Protection, WAF).</li></ul><p></p><p></p>
