Job Title: Clubhouse Assistant

• Responsible for the daily operation of the club, including pre-opening preparation, on-site support, and post-event cleanup.

• Provide professional reception services at the community center front desk, handle resident and visitor registration, inquiries, complaints and suggestion records, and ensure prompt and empathetic service response

• Coordinate and manage the use of various facilities in the club (such as fitness rooms, swimming pools, multi-functional activity rooms, children's playgrounds, etc.) , update the reservation system and maintain on-site order

• Assist in the planning, decoration and execution of resident health and wellness activities (such as yoga classes, parent-child workshops, and holiday carnivals), and serve as a on-site support and coordination role during the event

• Regularly inspect the club's environment and equipment conditions, immediately report maintenance needs, and work with property management team to implement safety and sanitation standards

• Proficient in Cantonese, able to communicate daily in Mandarin and basic English; have good expression and listening skills

• Have basic computer skills (familiar with Microsoft Office and simple appointment system is preferred)

• Outgoing and proactive personality, strong sense of responsibility, and able to adapt to shift work and flexible work arrangements (daily working hours are 07:30–16:30 / 11:00 - 20:00 / 13:30 - 22:30, working 5 - 6 days a week on rotation)

• Must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong, meet the local employment qualifications, and be able to start work immediately

• Monthly salary of HKD$16,000–$17,500, depending on ability and performance
