Our bartender is responsible for creating and serving beverages to guests and providing exceptional customer service. The bartender will also be responsible for maintaining inventory and equipment, and ensuring that the bar area is clean and organized.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and take their drink orders in a timely and professional manner

• Create cocktails and other beverages to guests’ specifications, while also ensuring that all recipes and procedures are followed

• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including keeping the equipment and supplies in good working order

• Manage inventory by keeping track of stock levels and placing orders when necessary

• Handle cash and credit card transactions, and maintain accurate records of all sales

• Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating guests’ needs and making recommendations

• Candidates with more experience will be considered for a senior position

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Proven work experience as a bartender, preferably in a restaurant or bar setting

• Strong knowledge of cocktails and other alcoholic beverages, as well as the ability to create new recipes

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure

• Immediately available highly preferred

Main responsibilities:

- Receive guests' orders

- Mix cocktails and other beverages according to customer requests

- Keep the bar clean, equipment and supplies in good condition

- Manage inventory, record stock levels and replenish stock in a timely manner

- Process sales transactions

- Actively understand customer needs, provide beverage suggestions, and enhance service quality

Requirements:

- High school graduation or equivalent academic qualifications

- Experience as a bartender, restaurant or bar experience is especially good

- Familiar with various types of alcoholic beverages, and able to create unique and distinctive drinks

- Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and remain calm under pressure

- Priority will be given to those who can start work immediately
