Job Responsibilities:

• Master brewing skills: Learn and master various high-quality coffee brewing methods, including Italian espresso, pour-over, and cold brew| Master Brewing Techniques: Gain proficiency in various brewing methods for specialty coffee, including espresso, pour-over, and cold brew.

• Introduce and promote coffee products: Introduce and promote coffee beans and brewing equipment to guests, and provide appropriate suggestions based on their preferences.| Introduce Coffee Products: Present and recommend coffee products, including beans and brewing equipment, to customers, tailoring suggestions to their preferences.

• Excellent customer service: Greet guests with a friendly and polite attitude, accurately take orders, and patiently and professionally answer guests' inquiries and needs.| Excellent Customer Service: Provide outstanding service by greeting customers warmly, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns with knowledge and patience.

• Coffee bean knowledge and sharing: Understand the origin, variety and flavor characteristics of different coffee beans, share relevant knowledge with customers, and enhance the overall coffee experience. | Bean Knowledge and Education: Understand the characteristics, origins, and profiles of different coffee beans to educate customers and enhance their coffee experience.

• Promoting coffee culture: Communicate with customers about coffee culture, brewing techniques, and the brand story and philosophy behind Hazel & Hershey Coffee Roasters.| Promote Coffee Culture: Engage with customers to share knowledge about coffee culture, brewing techniques, and the story behind Hazel & Hershey Coffee Roasters' products.

Recruitments:

• Able to speak fluent Cantonese, with good English and Mandarin communication skills| Fluent in Cantonese, with good command of English and Putonghua
