Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets, increase market share in the commercial kitchen equipment sector, and expand the product range to include ice makers, Icemate ice makers, ice cream dispensers, refrigerators, sushi display cases, electrolytic water machines, miso soup dispensers, beer and soda dispensers, dishwashers, cooking equipment, barbecue net cleaning machines, and related accessories.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers, highlighting the product's functional features and core advantages.
  • In-depth understanding of customer needs, providing customized solution, including product recommendations and quotation services.
  • Negotiate prices, contract terms and sales conditions, conclude transactions and ensure business profitability.
  • Establish and maintain long-term stable relationships with new and old customers, provide professional advice to customers, and assist them in choosing suitable products.
  • Continuously monitor industry dynamics, competitive landscape and customer preference changes, proactively identify market opportunities and respond to challenges.
  • Prepare sales reports, sales forecasts, and other relevant documents, track sales performance, and provide decision support information to management.
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge, and grasp the latest technical development in the commercial kitchen equipment field.
  • Complete other temporary work assignments assigned by superiors.

Work requirements

  • Have a resilient will (with perseverance and GRIT spirit), integrity and honesty, and a high sense of responsibility for one's own actions.
  • At least 3 years of sales experience in the food service industry (such as restaurants, hospitals, schools, etc.).
  • Hold a postgraduate degree in business or engineering-related fields, or those with equivalent qualifications are given priority.
  • Familiar with the latest trends in the food and beverage service industry, and with a wide network of contacts in key enterprises within the industry.
  • Have the practical experience of successfully building and maintaining industry relationships.
  • Active and proactive, self-motivated, extroverted personality, and able to independently carry out work.
  • Hard-working and studious, with a growth mindset, and willing to continuously learn new knowledge.
  • Proficient in Chinese (Cantonese) and English.
  • Proficient in using MS Office office software, especially Excel and Outlook.
