How you will make an impact:

  • Liaise with service contractors to ensure quality services are provided as required
  • Ensure high level of customers’ satisfaction by providing prompt and courteous services and establishing friendly rapport
  • Assist the manager in provide high-quality property management services
  • Answer enquiries, handle complaints, provide information/activities and resolve problems
  • Monitor the standards of maintenance, security, and cleaning services of properties
  • Prepare general daily reports and administrative duties

What we are looking for:

  • Form 5, HKDSE or above, in Property Management or related disciplines
  • Holder of Security Personnel Permit and QAS Certificate is preferred
  • Holder of Tier 2 Property Management Practitioner license will be an advantage
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in management including at least 2 years’ at supervisory level
  • Self-motivated, service-oriented, strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well versed in computer applications including MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Good command of spoken English and Mandarin
  • Candidates with less relevant experience may be considered as Assistant Property Officer
