• Create property listings & promoting them through digital platforms.

• Schedule and conduct property viewings for potential tenants or buyers.

• Facilitate residential/commercial property transactions including selling, purchasing, and selling.

Job Title: Property Agent

• Utilize multiple channels, accurately search and match customers’ ideal homes

• Reception of customers, arrange for customers to inspect properties (viewing), introduce the characteristics of the building and its surroundings.

• Understand the needs of both buyers and sellers and provide professional property information to customers.

• Negotiate prices and transaction terms, handle pre-booking sales contracts or leases

• Have good communication skills and negotiation techniques, familiar with market housing prices and related laws and regulations
