We are a leading Domestic Helper Agency based in Causeway Bay. We are looking for a dedicated Indonesian Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to identify and recruit high-quality Indonesian domestic helpers, both from overseas and within the local Hong Kong market.

1.Key Responsibilities

- Sourcing & Recruitment:

Actively recruit Indonesian domestic helpers through social media, community networks, and referrals.

- Interviewing:

Conduct comprehensive interviews in Bahasa Indonesia to evaluate candidates' experience and background.

- Contract Coordination:

Guide candidates through the application process, ensuring all documentation for the Labor Department,HK Immigration and Consulate is accurate.

- Community Engagement: Maintain a strong presence within the Indonesian community in Hong Kong to build a consistent talent pipeline.

2. Job Requirements

- Residency Status:

Must be a Hong Kong Identity Card (HKID) holder with the legal right to work in Hong Kong.

- Language Proficiency:

Native or fluent in Bahasa Indonesia.

Good command of Cantonese and/or English

- Communication:

Strong interpersonal skills; ability to build trust with Indonesian workers and professional rapport with local employers.

- Industry Knowledge:

Basic understanding of the domestic helper recruitment process or a willingness to learn Hong Kong labor laws.
