2. Responsible for personnel management and equipment management of communication engineering projects (equipment list confirmation, inventory, procurement, delivery, receipt, inspection, storage, transfer, repair, return, change, reconciliation, etc.);

3. Responsible for communication engineering project safety management, environmental protection management;

4. Responsible for quality control, progress implementation, progress control and cost control of communication engineering projects;

5. Responsible for the acceptance of communication engineering projects;

6. Assist the procurement department in completing communication engineering project negotiations, contract terms confirmation, supply, acceptance, payment confirmation, etc.;

7. Responsible for communication engineering project outsourcing engineering company's negotiation, service agreement signing, management, acceptance, cost settlement, payment application, etc.;

8. Responsible for problem coordination and handling during the implementation of communication engineering projects, representing the communication engineering project team to report project progress;

9. Participate in the review of engineering technical solutions (engineering implementation plan, simulation coverage plan, frequency planning plan, network structure plan, terminal numbering plan, network optimization plan, indoor coverage plan, expansion plan, upgrade plan, etc.);

10. Responsible for collecting, sorting and archiving all documents related to communication engineering projects.
