Responsibilities:

· The role is under the Communications Section of Technology Governance and Management Department, Technology Division

· Strengthen internal communication across the division, ensuring management messages are effectively cascaded and two‑way communication is facilitated

· Promote and support bank-wide rollout of IT solutions through collaboration with technical and project teams

· Develop clear, high‑impact visual and presentation materials to support formal presentations, meetings and executive communications

· Manage the division’s public communications, including media interviews, press releases, speaking opportunities, social media posts, etc.

· Organise industry events and coordinate awards submission

· Execute ad-hoc communications initiatives as required

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Communications, Journalism or related discipline is preferred

· Minimum 8 years’ experience in a manager position in corporate communications, employee engagement, PR, or related fields

· Strong storytelling and content development skills, with the ability to combine clear messaging and effective visual communication

· Keen attention to detail and a refined visual sense for layout, clarity and presentation quality

· Proficiency in MS Office, with hands‑on experience using graphic design and/or video editing tools

· Well-developed interpersonal skills with proven ability in stakeholder engagement and presentations

· Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
