Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in corporate branding and marketing promotion activities, particularly for cross-border business initiatives

• Provide administrative and communication support to management, including document handling and meeting coordination

• Coordinate and execute internal and external events to enhance corporate image and client engagement

• Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to ensure smooth promotional and administrative workflows

• Draft and edit promotional materials, presentations, and internal communication documents

• Support communication and collaboration with Mainland China business partners

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent academic qualification

• Strong communication, presentation, and promotional skills

• Fluent in Chinese and English, proficient in office software applications

• Flexible, adaptable, and a strong team player

• Cross-cultural communication skills to support the company’s cross-border business development

• Mainland China work experience is an advantage
