Job Description

Community Manager & Financial Career

Job Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute diverse theme social activities, including sports events, outdoor hiking, financial planning workshops and interest exchange meetings, to build trust relationships through real interaction and deepen customer connections

  • Through offline scenes to discover potential customer needs, combined with Manulife's professional financial products and services, provide personalized financial advice and solutions based on life stages

  • Operate and maintain a localized social community platform (such as WhatsApp groups, Facebook pages, IG stories), regularly publish practical financial management concepts, event highlights and member stories, and strengthen social community belonging

  • Collaborate with team members to design a "non-traditional financial promotion model", transforming complex financial concepts into easy-to-understand, interesting, and participatory life topics

  • Record and analyze activity participation data and social feedback, continuously optimize activity form and communication strategy, and enhance member conversion rate and long-term stickiness

Work requirements

  • Have actual planning or leading group activities experience (such as social group officers, sports team organizers, volunteer activity responsible persons, etc.), be able to independently coordinate procedures, mobilize participation and respond to on-site situations

  • Have basic digital tool application skills (such as Google Forms, Canva simple design, social platform backend operation), and be able to independently create activity promotion materials and real-time information updates

  • Value teamwork and positive culture, and identify with the service philosophy of "using activities as a medium and relationships as the core", and be able to adapt to flexible work rhythms and partial weekend activity support needs
