Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement compliance policies, procedures and internal controls, covering customer onboarding, new business review and sales behavior monitoring.​

• Monitor daily business operations, identify and mitigate compliance risks, and handle complaints and regulatory inquiries.​

• Track IA's latest regulatory changes, provide training and guidance to team members to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) and corporate governance standards.

• Prepare regulatory reports, internal audits, and communicate risk items to senior management.​

Applying qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in business, finance, law or related sciences.

• At least 1-3 years of insurance or financial services compliance experience, with insurance broker background preferred; familiar with IIQE qualification examination and IA license requirements.

• Proficient in Hong Kong IA regulations, AML and corporate governance; with excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

• Fluent Cantonese, English, and Mandarin; holding Hong Kong permanent residency or valid work visa.​
