Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily office operations including document filing, correspondence handling, and record keeping for construction site activities.

• Coordinate communication between site supervisors, contractors, subcontractors, and head office personnel to ensure timely information flow.

• Prepare and maintain project documentation such as daily reports, meeting minutes, progress updates, and material delivery records.

• Assist in procurement coordination, invoice processing, and tracking of site-related expenditures against budget allocations.

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in administrative or clerical support

• Fluency in both English and Cantonese for effective written and verbal communication with diverse project stakeholders.

• Hong Kong Permanent Resident status is mandatory

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
