Responsibilities

Reporting to the General Manager in Delivery Portfolio, you will:

• Lead and manage the designated construction management teams across multi-discipline resources, including civil, building services, electrical and mechanical, systems and architectural to drive collaboration and successful project delivery;

• Oversee the end-to-end execution of multiple construction projects in the Lantau portfolio to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery;

• Work closely with the Field Engineering and Project Safety & Health teams to ensure compliance with safety protocols, design interfaces and approval processes, with due consideration of site constraints and constructability;

• Collaborate with the Head of Construction Management in Project Delivery Management Centre of Excellence ("CoE") on the appropriate deployment of expertise and resources best practices;

• Define and agree on project scopes and activities with Technical CoE and Railway and System Integration CoE, ensuring alignment with design standards and obtaining necessary approvals;

• Facilitate effective communication and coordination among consultants, contractors and other stakeholders to resolve engineering management issues in a timely manner; and

• Lead and build a high-performing Construction Management team, develop and implement strategies for upskilling and capability enhancement within the team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline

• A minimum of 25 years of relevant project management experience on major infrastructure projects, of which at least 10 years in managerial role responsible for obtaining final certification and overseeing testing and commissioning

• Possession of Corporate Membership of a recognised professional engineering institution

• Proven ability to provide strong and dynamic leadership, effectively guiding interdisciplinary teams through complex rollouts
