Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for overall project management to meet the quality, statutory, safety of the project.
- To formulate project plan, liaise with clients and sub-contractors to facilitate the renovation progress independently
- Attend site visits and meetings.
Job Requirements
- Min 8 years working exp in project management, preferably in retail / commercial fit-out industry
- Strong understanding of construction processes and project life cycle
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Good spoken and written English and Chinese
