Responsibilities:
1. Market analysis and customer insight: Understand the market and customer needs, align with various product BU to clarify product strategy, communicate, track and implement it to various private banking centers, and launch sales promotion work and process management;
2. Responsible for RM business empowerment, training, clearance, material tool bag production, ensuring the improvement of RM's professional ability and customer service ability; Improve and push RM to discover new business opportunities: push RM to establish and maintain long-term relationships with potential customers, and find new business opportunities;
3. Collaborate with various product BUs, integrate Hong Kong ARK's products and services: Provide competitive and customer-demand solutions to customers, ensure the team has in-depth understanding of products and solutions;
4. Provide professional support for various types of market activities and roadshows; Assist in communicating with customers to complete landing and customs clearance;
5. Responsible for the operation and maintenance of performance-related data, report output, and performance tracking, providing data support for business decisions and goal achievement;
6. Responsible for planning and implementing bonus schemes, promptly motivating the team and creating a positive atmosphere;
7. Collaborate with various departments according to business rhythm, match market activities and other resources
8. Existence interpretation and marketing support services: Customize professional and easy-to-understand regular reports for customers on product and account dimensions; organize regular existence communications, answer customers’ questions about product existence, and assist customers in completing product existence period actions. Provide customers with existence reports, through existence interpretation to provide customers with complete configuration advice, and build an existence service-driven marketing model.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above from a top university, majoring in finance, with overseas education being preferred;
2. More than 10 years of overseas and domestic relevant work experience, familiar with overseas products, and with systematic planning ability, able to ensure the good promotion of the product line;
3. Have a relatively deep understanding of the industry and market, with a complete framework of financial macro knowledge;
4. Have experience in project coordination and management to ensure project goals are achieved;
6. Fluent in Mandarin, smooth in English reading and writing, those who have overseas private bank and excellent asset management company work experience are preferred.
