Key Responsibilities

• Manage post-onboarding support for MPF funds/schemes on the eMPF Platform, focusing on fund administration operations
• Handle daily tasks including investment order placement, cashflow forecasting, payment instruction preparation, and transaction/data file exchanges
• Produce timely reports such as client reports, internal MIS, and regulatory submissions
• Conduct daily reconciliations of cash, payments, and fund units, ensuring accurate system updates, and address discrepancies through follow-up or escalation
• Perform portfolio valuations, compute Net Asset Value (NAV), and execute fund administration tasks to uphold service standards
• Assist in preparing data for annual financial statements or internal control audits for funds/schemes
• Contribute to projects like eMPF implementation testing, operational process optimization, and client-driven ad hoc requests
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for assigned projects and system enhancements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, banking, or economics preferred
• At least 2 years of relevant experience, ideally in a financial institution or accounting role
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail, with a methodical and organized approach
• Proficient in MS Office, including MS Word and Excel (with Macro knowledge)
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Fresh graduates or candidates with less experience may be considered for an Associate role
