Recruit 2 positions: Marketing Department Project Assistant and Project Coordinator

Market Department Project Assistant Work Scope:

* Mainly responsible for the administrative and promotion work of the marketing department, external liaison and communication, arranging daily meetings and meeting minutes, handling daily administrative affairs, bidding and quotation, etc. ;

* Draft engineering project outline and standards, assist and contractors to formulate publicity and activity plans, supervise contractors’ work progress and efficiency;

* Supervise various promotional activities and advertising campaigns (especially on social media platforms), and ensure that the project is completed on time; Write press releases and copy, and reply to media and public inquiries about the same issues, and establish and maintain good media relations with the outside world;

* Through the integration of resources and funds, we will strive to obtain full support from all our partners;

* Perform any other promotional and management-related tasks, in addition to handling daily work independently, being able to cooperate with other members and demonstrate team spirit is more important......

Market Department project coordination work scope:

* Mainly responsible for the administrative and promotion work of the marketing department, especially handling daily administrative affairs, quotations, meeting minutes, communicating with major media and arranging activities;

* Draft project outline and standards, assist and contractors to formulate publicity and activity plans, supervise contractors’ work progress and efficiency;

* Supervise various promotional activities and advertising campaigns (especially social media platforms, steam academic activities, etc.), and ensure that the project is completed on time;

* Write press releases and copy, and respond to media and public inquiries about related matters, and establish and maintain good media relations with the outside world;

* Perform any other promotional and management-related tasks, in addition to handling daily work independently, being able to cooperate with other members and demonstrate team spirit is more important......

Entry Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree, 1 year of relevant work experience / Advanced diploma, 3 years of relevant work experience;

- Familiar with MS Office computer application software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google drive system and sheets operations;

- Basic Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Media Encoder & Premiere;

- Good writing skills in Chinese and English, and the ability to speak fluent Cantonese, English, and Mandarin; Have good analytical, organizational, and communication skills......

Monthly salary: HK$29,500.00
