Job Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of control officers / patrol officers for control centre operations, safety and security management across multi-sites for the designated districts;
• Develop and implement comprehensive safety and security protocols, including emergency response plans, fire safety measures, and security procedures; and to manage the execution of access control/ key systems / as well as all other security related systems;
• Check the record book to understand the events that occurred at each work station in the past 24 hours;
• Ensure that the personnel arrangements for each job position meet the needs of the customer contract;
• Record emergencies at each work station and handle them appropriately;
• Report any emergencies immediately to designated personnel / top management;
• Ensure that all work reports, forms and records are properly kept;
• Assist Property Management Department / Security Department in handling manpower deployment matters;
• Lead the team to handle and record customer complaints and inquiries;
• Perform other tasks assigned by the company.

Educational qualifications and experience

• Diploma or above;
• More than 6 year of security experience, more than 1 year of management and supervision experience, working experience in control room or handling security/building facility systems, and customer service experience;
• Good Chinese / English writing skills, fluent Cantonese, and good English communication skills;
• Hold a valid driving license (vehicle category 1 and 2) private car license plate and 2 years of driving experience;
• Hold a valid security personnel license;
• Familiar with basic computer operations.
