Job Description
Handle and respond to various incoming calls (security guards, customers, action groups...), alarm bells ringing, recording the occurrence of events, receiving and forwarding information, assisting in follow-up/transmitting security guards’ various inquiries, and other control room daily work.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle and respond to calls from security officers, customers, and action groups, ensuring timely and accurate communication
- Monitor the alarm system and respond immediately to any alarms by taking appropriate reporting measures
- Detailed record of various events, including the time, content and handling process, to ensure complete and traceable data
- Receive and forward important information to relevant departments or personnel, maintain smooth operations
- Assist in following up and communicating security officers’ inquiries and needs, supporting front-line work to be smoothly executed
- Have good writing and speaking skills in Chinese, be able to express clearly and accurately record information
- Quick response, able to calmly handle sudden situations
- Responsibility and discipline, able to follow the shift schedule and execute tasks according to the procedure
- Applicants with relevant control room or customer service experience will be given priority
