  • Corporate Affairs Management

  1. Develop and implement strategies aimed at enhancing brand reputation and building stakeholder trust.

  2. Oversee media relations, public statements, and corporate messaging initiatives.

  3. Represent the company at industry forums and regulatory discussions.

  4. Monitor and address policy developments in Hong Kong, Macau, and China.

  • Crisis Management

  1. Lead the planning and execution of crisis response across all markets.

  2. Coordinate cross-functional teams during product or reputational crises.

  3. Maintain and regularly update crisis communication protocols and playbooks.
  • Consumer Care Oversight

  1. Supervise and support Centre Care Managers for Hong Kong, Macau, and Cross Border operations.

  2. Ensure the delivery of high-quality, compliant, and empathetic consumer services.

  3. Monitor service KPIs and drive initiatives for continuous improvement.

  • Stakeholder & Regulatory Engagement

  1. Build and maintain relationships with government bodies, NGOs, trade associations, and healthcare professionals.

  2. Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements in both cross-border e-commerce (CBEC) and local markets.

  3. Support advocacy and public health initiatives related to infant nutrition.

  • Team Leadership & Development

  1. Lead and mentor a team of three direct reports.

  2. Promote collaboration between the corporate affairs and consumer care functions.

  3. Provide coaching, performance feedback, and career development support for team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.

• Over 12 years of experience in corporate affairs, public relations, and consumer care, preferably within the infant nutrition, FMCG, or healthcare sectors.

• Demonstrated expertise in crisis management, stakeholder engagement, and media relations.

• Strong understanding of the regulatory and consumer landscape in China, particularly in the infant nutrition milk drinks category.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional and cross-border teams.

Work Arrangement

• Based in Hong Kong office.

• May need to travel to Mainland China for stakeholder meetings, team alignment, and crisis coordination.
