Marketing and Public Relations Manager<br>Job Responsibilities<br>1. Brand Communication & Reputation Management<br>Develop and execute brand communication strategies to enhance corporate visibility and reputation within the financial industry and public domain.<br>Oversee the creation and review of press releases, promotional materials, executive speeches, and other PR content.<br>Assist in plan and implement brand campaigns (e.g., industry forums, investor education programs, CSR initiatives).<br><br>2. Media Relations & Crisis Management<br>Maintain strong relationships with financial media outlets, industry KOLs, and third-party institutions.<br>Monitor industry and corporate public sentiment, address negative publicity promptly, and develop crisis communication plans.<br>Analyze media coverage effectiveness and refine strategies through data-driven insights.<br>3. Investor Relations Support<br>Collaborate with sales teams to produce compliant fund product marketing materials (aligned with regulatory requirements).<br>Communicate the company’s investment philosophy and product value to strengthen investor confidence.<br><br>4. Internal Collaboration & Compliance<br>Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure all external communications meet financial regulations.<br>Partner with marketing, sales, and other departments to align PR strategies with business objectives.<br>Work requirements<br>1. Education<br>Master degree or above in Communications, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or related fields from leading universities globally.<br><br>2. Experience<br>3+ years of experience in PR, media, or financial industry branding; prior exposure to fund/asset management/securities sectors is a plus.<br>Familiarity with financial regulations and basic knowledge of fund products/capital markets.<br><br>3. Core Competencies<br>Exceptional writing and communication skills in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to craft high-impact content and PR proposals independently.<br>Proven experience in media relations and crisis management; ability to work under pressure.<br>Proficiency in digital/social media and financial portals; data-savvy with a focus on optimizing strategies through analytics.<br><br>4.
