[Hong Kong - Financial Controller]
Job Responsibilities:
One. Strategic planning and decision support
1. Strategic planning: Participate in the development of the company's long-term development strategy, capital allocation strategy, etc., and evaluate its feasibility and return from a financial perspective.
3. Financial analysis: In-depth analysis of the company's financial and operating data, provide profound insights and valuable advice to management and the board of directors to support business decisions and enhance profitability.
4. Capital Management: Optimize the company's capital structure, manage cash flow, ensure the company has sufficient funds to support operations and development, while maintaining financial health.
1. Financial report preparation and disclosure: Lead the team to prepare and disclose quarterly, semi-annual and annual financial reports (such as mid-term reports and annual reports) on time and accurately.
2. Responsible for annual audit work, coordinate the audit process, and solve problems found in the audit.
Three. Internal control and supervision:
1. Establish, maintain and continuously optimize the company's financial internal control system to ensure its effectiveness in preventing errors and fraud.
2. Compliance and regulatory communication:
As the main liaison between the company's finance and regulatory agencies, coordinate and handle inquiries and inspections from regulatory agencies.
Ensure that all financial-related disclosures and operations of the company strictly comply with the Stock Exchange Rules, Securities and Futures Ordinance, etc. legal and regulatory requirements.
Four. Treasurer and fund management
1. Cash flow management: Monitor and manage the company's daily cash flow to ensure sufficient and efficient working capital
2. Financing strategy: Based on the company's strategic needs, plan and implement financing solutions, including but not limited to debt financing, equity financing, etc.
3. Risk Management: Identify and manage financial risks, such as interest rate risk, exchange rate risk (especially for multinational listed companies) and credit risk; use financial instruments for risk management;
Five. Team and system building
1. Team leadership: Lead the entire finance department (including accounting, treasury, tax, FP&A, etc. teams), attract, develop and retain financial talent.
2. System optimization: Drive the digital and automation transformation of financial systems (such as ERP system upgrade, implementation of RPA robot process automation, etc.), improve the efficiency and quality of financial reporting.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to those with experience in the Big Four accounting firms or top undergraduate degrees;
2. Need to obtain HKCICPA, or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification, or intermediate professional title;
3. Need to have more than 10 years of financial management experience, of which at least 5 years must be experience as a financial manager of a large or medium-sized Hong Kong-listed company;
4. Familiar with Hong Kong and international financial reporting standards;
5. English must be used as a working language, with excellent communication and coordination skills;
6. Need to be familiar with the differences between Chinese and Hong Kong financial regulations, and have cross-border financial processing capabilities;
7. Need to be familiar with the internal control process, budget preparation and risk control of listed companies;
8. Strong logical thinking ability, with the ability to identify and solve problems.
