Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for handling corporate financing-related projects, including financial advice, initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and related transactions involving listing rules and/or acquisition rules

2. Have extensive experience in executing Hong Kong IPOs, having led or participated in at least three or more Hong Kong stock market listings

3. Working closely with various professional institutions, including maintaining client relationships, drafting documents, conducting due diligence, and communicating and coordinating with regulatory agencies

4. Through market research, valuation analysis and financial modeling, evaluate potential transactions

5. Write a promotional brochure, introduction materials and business plan

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with 5 to 10 years of corporate financing experience

2. Holding Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) licenses 1, 4, and 6

3. Hong Kong work experience and valid Hong Kong work visa (including Talent Immigration Program, High Talent Program, etc.)

• Responsible for the execution and management of corporate financing projects, covering financial advisory, initial public offering (IPO), mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and privatization, etc. transactions

• Lead Hong Kong stock market listing projects, with at least three or more successful execution of Hong Kong IPO projects experience, able to independently lead the team to advance the project progress

• Conduct market research, company valuation analysis and financial modeling to provide data support and strategic advice for potential transactions

• Write investment briefs, promotional materials, business plans, and regulatory application documents to ensure content accuracy and compliance with disclosure requirements

Work requirements

• Master's degree or above, majoring in finance, accounting, or related fields, with solid financial and legal knowledge foundation

• Having 5 to 10 years of corporate financing, investment banking or related field work experience, familiar with the Hong Kong capital market operation

• Holding Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) licenses for Class 1 (Securities Trading), Class 4 (Providing Securities Advice), and Class 6 (Providing Corporate Finance Advice)

• Proficient in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin, with excellent written and oral communication skills, able to write professional documents in Chinese and English fluently

• Monthly salary between HKD 60,000 and 100,000, with further negotiation based on qualifications
