Role Purpose

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Corporate Services & Tax Consultant to manage the end-to-end client journey. You will be the primary point of contact for new enquiries, transforming raw applications into successful incorporations while providing strategic value through preliminary tax planning and compliance advice.

Key Responsibilities

• Enquiry Management: Respond promptly to client enquiries regarding company formation (HK and Offshore), corporate secretarial matters, and bank account opening referrals.

• Application Oversight: Review client applications for completeness and accuracy, ensuring all KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) requirements are met.

• Strategic Advisory: Provide "useful feedback" by identifying potential tax planning opportunities and guiding clients on HK statutory requirements.

• Client Conversion: Act as a bridge between initial interest and formal engagement by building trust through professional expertise and clear communication.

• Compliance Guidance: Advise clients on the ongoing obligations of a Hong Kong company, including Annual Returns, Business Registration renewals, and Profit Tax Returns.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in corporate services, or an accounting firm.

• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance and basic HK Tax exposure (Salaries Tax, Profits Tax, and Property Tax).

• Communication: Exceptional command of English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a significant plus).

• Mindset: A "client-first" attitude with the ability to explain complex regulatory requirements in simple, actionable terms.
