Key Responsibilities

Cash & Liquidity Management

• Monitor daily cash positions and optimize cash flow forecasting across group entities.

• Ensure sufficient liquidity to support operations, investments, and strategic initiatives.

• Manage intercompany funding and support working capital improvement projects.

Banking & Financial Partnerships

• Lead relationships with banks and financial institutions.

• Negotiate credit facilities, loans, and other financing arrangements.

• Oversee bank account administration and payment platform operations.

Financial Strategy & Risk Management

• Support CFO in capital structure planning, debt strategy, and financial modeling.

• Develop and execute hedging strategies for interest rate, currency, and commodity exposures.

• Monitor and manage credit risk related to customers and suppliers.

Treasury Operations & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with treasury policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.

• Oversee treasury systems, banking portals, and integration with ERP platforms.

• Coordinate internal/external audits and treasury-related reporting.

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

• Professional credentials such as CPA, CFA, or CTP are advantageous.

• 15+ years of progressive experience in treasury, corporate finance, or financial planning.

• Background in the automotive industry or similar multi-entity environments is highly preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.

• Experience with treasury management systems (TMS) and ERP implementations.

• Excellent command of spoken and written English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.

• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with a high attention to detail.

• Adaptive to diverse company cultures and capable of managing multi-entity, cross-regional treasury operations.
