Job Description
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or a related field
- At least 5+ years of relevant work experience
- Prior work eXperience in printing books
- Experience in the development and deployment of business enablement (process, system, training) preferred
- Proficient in project management, with a strong mindset for challenging the status quo to drive improvement
- Ability to proactively identify improvement opportunities to existing processes
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to connect data analysis to market insights and business/ pricing actions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Pricing experience and knowledge of pricing systems are an advantage
- Willing to travel to China when required
Job Duties
- Serve as the Estimation Manager for all pricing related matters
- Review and refine existing pricing processes, identifying opportunities for streamlining and efficiency
- Develop pricing decision support tools and reports to create visibility among sales team and top management, facilitating faster decision-making on key indicators (volume, discounts, price dispersion)
- Coordinate the overall deployment of pricing projects/ initiatives with top management and performing evaluations to ensure deliverables meet intended objectives
- Coordinate with Business Planning and Finance on all pricing/ margin guidance requirements, including annual business plan development, customer account planning, project screening tools, product clearance processes
- Support the Managing Director in analyzing monthly business results and pricing performance
